Glad to see you...

If the gaming industry is an automobile, and the game designers are the drivers, then that makes us, the players, backseat drivers, and we'll be damned if we're gonna let the industry keep on heading the way it's going (good or bad) without letting them know what we think. So buckle up, feel free to complain about there being no air in the back, and bring your most critical and analytical mind to the open air discussion of the current age, Backseat Gamers!

Hardly a fanboy, but coming around.

As a PS3 owner now, I feel a little more entitled to rip on it a bit.

However, these little gems are hilarious.  I'm becoming a big fan of this current marketing campaign.  My personal favorite is the Uncharted 2 one.

  1. These are funny for sure. I saw the Uncharted one on TV shortly after it's launch. Nintendo did some awesome ones where there's two Asian guys that go "Wii would like to play." Then they bow and it shows 13 nine year olds having a ball playing garbage games. Oh wait....the Wii sucks and so does Nintendo.

  2. Well, at the very least we can look at these ads and recognize that each company at least knows what they're about, and who their main demographic includes.
