Bad Company 2

Well worth a watch, beta coming next week to PS3 and MP demo out on all platforms early next year, looks like a real MW2 competitor. I was a bit fan of the first and luckily had a chance to play this a few weeks ago and plays really nice.

    I'll check out the video when I go home for lunch, but I've said it once and I'll say it again. The first one was awesome, but the servers were a killer by making you play each map twice before moving to the next map. Which left you stuck in a bogus map for over an hour and completely kills the game when there's only 4 maps you really like.

    1943 is a surprisingly good time on LIVE and is a steal for $15 bucks.

    I've got over 700 hours on Battlefield 2 and over 500 on Battlefield 2142 on the PC. Both amazing games. The demo for BC was awesome but again, I suck with the controller. I'm going to preorder this soon. Looks fantastic.

    Not to be annoying BUUUUT... those dedicated servers us PC snobs love let you pick how many times to play a map, which maps you want, etc., etc...

    Normally I'm the one who makes some comment about the PC peeps and their servers... HOWEVER, I was a massive fan of Battlefield 2 for the 360 and the presence of servers allowed 3N3MY and myself to only play the exact map and gametype we wanted. Conquest on Bridge Too Far anyone?

    brjahu: Why do I always forget we use to play that game ALL THE TIME?! That was back when it was just you and me with the 360s. You're right. We played the hell out of Bridge Too Far and then we played it some more. The servers were great for that, but from what I've read the 360 servers are a ghost town nowadays. *moment of silence*

    I LOVE the Battlefield games! 700 hrs into BF2 and I'm only a Captain. It took FOREVER to rank up. Still play it too.

    LOL! And we won't mention how much time I put into WoW before I overcame that addiction... :P
