If the gaming industry is an automobile, and the game designers are the drivers, then that makes us, the players, backseat drivers, and we'll be damned if we're gonna let the industry keep on heading the way it's going (good or bad) without letting them know what we think. FF XIII

I went ahead and purchased FFXIII today so I will be posting up a review in about a year and a half when I finally complete it. I decided to take the chance since XII was so awesome and, imho, the best in the series after VII. Even the "bad" FF games have still been pretty decent games that sucked up a lot of my time. We'll see how this one fairs.

    Talking about game reviews lately I'm a BIG fan of GamesRadar reviews because they are pretty much BS free and tend to look thru the hype whether good or bad.

    They gave FF13 a 10 and basically mocked all the people reviewing and bitching that the game is too linear (at least the first half) and said it's the way the series needs to go to stay current and more streamlined.

    After I read that review I put it in my goozex Q and I can't wait to play it!

    10.5 hrs in so far. I'm gonna hit it hard tomorrow and post up an initial review. So far, some great pros but also some cons.
