If the gaming industry is an automobile, and the game designers are the drivers, then that makes us, the players, backseat drivers, and we'll be damned if we're gonna let the industry keep on heading the way it's going (good or bad) without letting them know what we think. Are there fanboys amongst Popular Science editors?
I know that the Wii and Kinect have an audience, but you have to love this backhanded comment from a very well respected magazine.
I'm impressed at their knowledge of the device. I guess it's their jobs, but I didn't expect that zinger at the end.
I won't be impressed until we are interacting with holograms in midair...
