Glad to see you...

If the gaming industry is an automobile, and the game designers are the drivers, then that makes us, the players, backseat drivers, and we'll be damned if we're gonna let the industry keep on heading the way it's going (good or bad) without letting them know what we think. So buckle up, feel free to complain about there being no air in the back, and bring your most critical and analytical mind to the open air discussion of the current age, Backseat Gamers!

In Honor of...

In honor of the announcement of a March 9th North American launch date for FFXIII and as a break from all this MW2 talk, I figured this would be a good time to see a Top 5 List of All-Time Favorite RPGs (if you want to get technical one the definition of an RPG, save that for another thread). Below is my list, sorry for all the Zelda games... I blame my mother.

1. The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past (SNES)
2. The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion (360)
3. The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (N64)
4. The Legend of Zelda (NES)
5: The Illusion of Gaia (SNES)
Honorable Mention: Fallout 3 (360), Mass Effect (360), The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker (GC)

Remember this is your personal Top 5 so feel free to share yours and argue why my list is wrong... bring the pain.

Since we're on the subject, here is the new FFXIII trailer:
